Physical Education

Similar to all of the programs offered at Arbor Bay School, our physical education program starts with trust building activities to establish an environment where the students feel comfortable taking risks. During this time, the teachers also have an opportunity to become familiar with student's movement tendencies and comfort zones.

Arbor Bay School's physical education activities are designed to enhance hand-eye-foot coordination, ball skills, strength and endurance. Physical education is an important component of Arbor Bay School's whole-child approach to learning and advances the attitude of exercise and fitness as a daily part of life.

We are located adjacent to Burton Park's playground and field, which allows for a variety of physical outlets for our students at various points in the day.
